YES people, The supreme court will here this suit since Phillip berg won his appeal. Obama may be forced to produce his vault certificate or step down. It doesn't matter who anyone thinks they are, Nobody is above the constitution. Abraham Lincoln put it best.

We need to watch and see what happens Dec. 5th. Berg's case and Donofrio's case are there. Justice Thomas has Donofrio's case and it will be decided in a meeting of the 9 justices, whether or not to deal with it.
Donofrio's case has more to do with the concept of "natural born", and disputes three candidates who ran for President. It is a different arguement than "standing", as in Berg's case. All it takes is 4 of the Justices to agree to deal with it.When he loses will you come back here and ask us why you were so very wrong?I think it's time for them to start charging him court costs for frivolous cases he files. It has been thrown out of three courts already - why do you think this will be any different?
