Yes some Latinos hate black people and I do not know why. Even in my skool. It's private but they seem to hate me. The Latinos that hate me are the tanned skinned Colomians and Equadorian, the Brazilian are good guys.wow I never came a across a racist Latino here. More of them seem to want to date me then hate me. But racists exist in ever race, but I never met one. Europe is pretty open minded.i live around black and mulatto latinos aka dominican/ricans/brazilians so obviously they cant hate blacks that mucch maybe u talking about them mexicansI would say All of Europe and south California,
But If you meant Russia by eastern Europe, than probably yes, there's been allot of hate crimes committed against minorities in Russia, and all of Europe for that matter. Europe has allot of Far-right organizations. But then again in LA there are gang wars between the Blacks and the Mexican Mafia. Racism still exist in hispanic countries too you know, including Brazil.

Anyway, my guess would be Eastern Europe. New York Latinos (or Latino Street in NY) are racists against blacks and often times themselves. Regardless, I would say Eastern Europe is more racist. Fcuk 'em.In the part of Eastern Europe that I know of people are not VERY racist but they are ignorant towards political correctness.It is not uncommon to hear black jokes in the media and people being totally ok with it not realizing how hurtful the jokes can be. If you are black and walk down the street in the big city you don't have to worry about people staring at you or assaulting you. If you're in the countryside people may feel uncomfortable around you mostly because

Latinos come in all colours, so yeah some can be rasist towards black, but they are probably less rasist then the Euro's. Hun, who ever hates you ignore them, dont let anyone bring you down, their probably jelous of you or are self centered.If you went to Russia, Romania, Bulgaria, etc. then you'd be more of a novelty than anything else... not too many black people around there, so even if people have negative stereotypes they'd be fascinated by you.
My best friend is black and fascinated with Russia; he took Russian in high school and even went over there, and he said that people treated him better than he could possibly imagine. He's also wicked tall (6'8), so they were basically in awe of him.
If he walked down the wrong street in East LA, he would be called a mayate and shot at. If we went to a Mexican restaurant in Oakland, most of the time people were cool with him (he also speaks Spanish) but sometimes he got glared down by dudes and you could sense the antagonization. If we went to a mostly Russian/Ukrainian area (there are a few in the Bay Area) people just looked at him and that was it.My husband Is from Eastern Europe, He is russian. I am a "black" woman. My husband does not hate me and he didnt marry me to get something out of me. Most whites hate everybody, but a rare small amount of whites are not bigots and they support anti-racists movements. My husband is "white" and was not taught to hate people, but its rare. In eastern europe you have neo-nazi groups and racist groups terrorizing everybody, and you know why? Because the devil has a house all over the world. Evil is real and it is everywhere. You don't have to be religious to see that. Some latinos hate blacks because they think joining white people in hating on blacks will raise them to the higher level of whites. The racist latino's thought is: If i hate black people just like the white man does, than it will make me a better person. Just a new form of racism, " i'm latino and i hate black people too" that's the dirty game they play. IGNORE THEM. Some latinos have dark, dark skin themselves, and they have the nerve to mistreat and oppress "black" people! its stupid! they have dark skin too! I once worked on a job where i was the only "black" person and the rest of the staff was latino, and they did not speak english. they would laugh at me to my face and talk about me in spanish right in front of me. They think it makes them superior like the "white" man is if they hate on blacks. Stand up tall and love yourself, forget these silly people! Overall, both places are dangerous because of the degree of lawfulness and hate in each area.
