Can you give me a time line (mid-century to present) of photographers
that epitomized/captured the notion of glamour in their visual images?
Herb Ritts, Richard Avedon, Horst P. Horst and Helmut Newton are
great examples.To: justaskscott-ga
Thank you for your follow through. I would appreciate any and/all
research that you can find.
All the best...Since your question is almost expired, I figured I should ask again
whether you still want us to research the question. Please post a
clarification on this page if you do.Somehow, I had forgotten about your question until now. Sorry about
that. Are you still interested in an answer, or is it too late now?
I haven't done any new research since my last message, but I (or
another Researcher, perhaps) would be willing to do more at this time
to try to come up with a good answer. How many photographers do you need in your timeline?
I need as many as you can come up with. I want to look at all of them
in the aggregate and then decide how many fit the "Glamour" criteria.

Horst, for one, worked both before and after 1950. So I assume that
you are looking for photographers who worked at least a signficant
part of their career after 1950, even if they also worked before it.
Is that correct?
You are exactly right. The assumption here is that there is overlap
by decade and influence by certain people. Take for example, Mies Van
der Roche-event though he died in the 1960's? and his most stunning
architecture and furniture were conceived before 1950 he would be
included because his influence was ongoing and continues to be so.

Please let me know that you received this e-mail as I am having a hard
time figuring out how to communicate with the researcher ?????
Many thanks,I have received your question clarification. As you can see, it is
posted on the page with your question.
I'm not sure whether I'll have the opportunity to work on your
question today, but if another Researcher does not answer the question
first, I'll do a little more research to see if I can answer it.How many photographers do you need in your timeline?
